FAMILY TREES

Many of the individuals buried at the cemetery are connected through a small number of extended families, but the relationships between them can be complex and sometimes difficult to follow. Our goal is to help visitors better understand the connections between those buried here and the families who shaped the history of this community.

Each family tree is based on extensive genealogical research, drawing solely from documented sources such as census records, vital records, wills, land claims, and historical publications. This is not speculative work — over 1,500 individuals related to those buried in the cemetery have been thoroughly researched to build an accurate and verifiable picture of each family’s lineage.

We are currently in the process of updating the website, so not all family trees are available yet. As work progresses, each tree will visually display the connections between family members and include clickable links that take you directly to each person’s individual biography page.
